Situated in a Venetian Gothic building, Bristol City Museum & Art Gallery houses a wide range objects and spectacular artwork. Awarded designated status by the Government, it contains collections of not only regional, but national and international importance. Galleries include Old Masters, French School and the British collection as well as the popular Egyptology Gallery which even contains real mummies. Admission is free.
