I had booked a private hire for my sisters wedding including 15 other passengers including young children. All was great with the bookings the company had taken the deposit by bank transfer. I had given travel southwest plenty of notice which was booked 6 weeks in advanced to be let down on the day by phone call saying the driver had broken down. I said you are meant to be a professional company and surly have other mini buses or another driver, I demanded my deposit back & explained we had young children all awaiting for our minibus we had paid for, very upsetting, Still awaiting my deposit and have reported this awful company.
Thankfully due to another company who i would definitely recommend from eurocoaches were amazing.
