When I rang the woman I spoke to took appointment and told me someone would turn up in the morning for a quote. As by lunchtime no-one had turned up, I rang to ask where they were. I left a massage, but did not hear back. Rang back several times and each time the telephone rings and no-one answers. Either they've all died or they are screening their calls and deliberately ignoring mine. The job is a repair, probably not lucrative enough... Very glad of it, though, close call! If THIS is what they're like about quoting for a job, imagine what they'd be like if they had done it and something had gone wrong!
