Exceptional, customer service. Visited today with my daughter looking for her special dress. From the moment we walked in, we felt immediately at ease and welcome. Becky, was lovely and completely in touch with what my daughter wanted. We went away but, revisited the same day, as we needed to try on a couple of dresses again. Carol and Becky kept the shop open whilst we decided. Nothing was too much trouble. Needless to say , my daughter chose her perfect dress. Would absolutely recommend, the best service we have received, and we have been to many other bridal shops.
