Went there a few months ago, at first the customer service was great and so were the nails, until on one occasion I was asked by the man when my birthday was and how old I’d be, and after replying he responded with “oh so nearly legal age?” Which I found highly inappropriate, not to mention the fact he works with his wife and his 8 year old daughter tends to be there often. On another occasion I booked an appointment and after arrival on time, I had to wait a full 2 hours for service without apology. Customers’ entrances would typically go unnoticed with no greeting.
Would recommend for quality of nails & price but avoid conversation with the man - and don’t expect to be served any quicker by booking than just walking in.
